Amy Brady is the founder of StandUP, dedicated to maximizing the impact of community-serving organizations, particularly those with a youth focus. She is a licensed teacher, Certified Professional Coach, and experienced speaker, trainer and facilitator. Prior to StandUP, Amy spent 20 years working and volunteering in education and non-profits.

Title of Workshop: What is intuitive listening and how does it impact communication with your youth?

In this session, participants will be introduced to using coaching techniques when communicating with youth. Intuitive listening and powerful questioning will be explored, modeled and practiced. Finally, participants will learn Amy’s FIVE POWER QUESTIONS that will have an immediate positive impact on adult-youth communication.
